Heavy phone duties to include coordination between customers and movers. Work with movers, office, and customers to best schedule jobs in the most efficient manner. Must be able to understand online maps and have a good sense of direction and timing.
Must have strong customer service skills and ability to work with scheduling conflicts that may arise from emergency service requirements. Use web-based software to accurately update and verify customer and job-related data. Other office tasks such as filing and organization as needed and available.
